Payroll Specialist

What you´ll do Process payroll transactions accurately and on time, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and employee data updates.. Validate payroll files, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external providers. Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and quality checks to maintain a high level of payroll accuracy and control. Support statutory reporting, compliance activities, and payroll documentation requirements in line with local legislation. Provide support to employees and stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries and payroll processes. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related function. Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation…). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict payroll deadlines.
