We’re hiring: Learning Solutions & Competency Development SpecialistWe are looking for a dynamic professional with strong experience in instructional design, competency framework development, and learning solution architecture to join our growing team in the energy sector.Key responsibilities include:• Designing end-to-end learning journeys aligned with business outcomes and client needs• Developing blended learning solutions using classroom, e-learning, OJT, and assessment methodologies• Building and refining competency frameworks with behavioral indicators and proficiency levels• Collaborating closely with SMEs, client stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions• Developing competency diagnostics, assessment tools, and gap analysis instruments• Applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices across all deliverablesRequirements:• 4–6 years of experience in instructional design or learning solution design• Experience working with SMEs in technical industries• Strong background in competency mapping and framework development• Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies• Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferredKindly send me your updated CV at career@geoenergy-eg.com
