Lease Contract Management Sr. Associate

JOB TITLELeasing Associate | MAF Properties |Asset ManagementROLE SUMMARYThe position is responsible for providing timely active support to the AMBU Leasing Team in the development and monitoring of Lease Agreement Documents, communication with tenants etc., ensuring that all lease related documents comply with the agreed terms, conditions of the contract and commitment between the company and the client.ROLE PROFILEDraft and finalized Lease Agreements, Amendments, and Deeds in line with agreed leasing terms and company standards.Collect and verify tenants’ legal and compliance documents, including trade licenses, registrations, insurance certificates, and identification documents.Review and validate lease deal entries within internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.Ensure tenant acceptance and clarity of lease terms, minimizing ambiguities and confirming mutual agreement commitments.Coordinate payment documentation and facilitated the exchange of signed agreements and financial records with tenants.Manage all tenant communications and follow-ups throughout the leasing process until final agreement execution.Collaborate with Leasing, Finance, Legal, and Retail Architecture teams by processing and tracking required documents, requests, and outputs.Maintaine accurate lease administration records and reporting across physical and digital systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SharePoint), while ensuring compliance with company policies and values.REQUIREMENTS1–2 years of experience in Lease Administration and documentation management.Background preferred within legal firms, retail, or real estate companies.Experience handling lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation.Familiarity with lease administration processes and compliance requirements.Bachelor’s degree required; Law degree preferred.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
