MetLife Egypt focuses on offering reliable guidance to help individuals and families meet their goals and navigate life’s changes with confidence.Role Description This is a full-time Life Insurance Specialist role based in Markaz Sohag with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Life Insurance Specialist will identify and approach prospective customers, conduct needs-based assessments, and recommend suitable life and related insurance products. Responsibilities include explaining policy features and benefits clearly, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the application and underwriting process. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing policyholders, handling inquiries and service requests, and supporting customers with claims and policy updates. The Life Insurance Specialist will also collaborate with colleagues and managers to meet sales targets, participate in training sessions, and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.Qualifications Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed individual and team targets.Strong knowledge or experience in Insurance and basic Finance concepts to explain products and solutions accurately.Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective follow-up.Clear verbal and written communication skills in a professional business setting.Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage a portfolio of policyholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to ethical and compliant sales practices.Comfort with hybrid work, including self-management, time management, and basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, office applications).Previous experience in life insurance, financial services, or banking is an advantage but not mandatory.
