The Sales Team Lead will recruit a team of sales professionals, set clear performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to strengthen sales capabilities. The Sales Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales strategies with customer needs, manage key client relationships, and support the resolution of complex customer issues. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales data, preparing reports, contributing to sales planning, and ensuring that customer service standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.QualificationsStrong Sales skills, including experience meeting or exceeding targets and managing a sales pipeline.Proven Team Management and leadership capabilities, with experience guiding, coaching, and developing sales teams.Excellent Customer Service orientation, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and resolving issues effectively.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.Experience in financial services or insurance sales is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
