Hoods, a live shopping application, is seeking an experienced and dedicated live shoppers to provide a specialized shopping service to our customers, often assisting with the selection and purchase of clothes and accessories, but their services can also extend to groceries, gifts and other products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and be highly adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of the business. Key Responsibilities:As a live shopper, you’ll provide product recommendations, and respond to customer questions. You should be able to communicate effectively and seek to meet or exceed client expectations. Provides information on benefits and perks, promotes the value of the products, participates in sales & marketing events, boosting the worth of the company, and its products. You must be creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented to be an effective live shopper. Exceptional live Shoppers offer value to the shopping experience and are capable of resolving any concerns to the satisfaction of the consumer.Strong communication, public speaking, and on-camera presentation skillsExperience in social media engagement, audience interaction, or hosting live eventsKnowledge of customer service and the ability to respond effectively to inquiriesBasic understanding of e-commerce and product marketingStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in using live-streaming platforms and technologyAdaptability and a positive, energetic attitudeFluency in Arabic and English (preferred but not mandatory)Customers’ requests are handled via live chat or texts and calls.Each order request should include a recommendation for more items.Provide clients with the most up-to-date product details to improve customer satisfaction.Make sure to give clothing styles and product recommendations for the season’s must-haves.’Detect and handle any customer support questions or issues that arise via the catalog or the internet.* Assure that client item are tracked. Qualifications and Skills:* A degree in marketing* Minimum 2 years of expertise in a live shopping role* Knowledge of commonly used computer programs and online services* Independent working capability* Evenings and weekends are available on request.* A car and valid driver’s license is required.* Basic computer and math skills are required.* Readiness to move and carry objects, withstand noise, and stand, move, and sit for long periods.* Required to function both individually and in a groupCompensation Structure: Basic Salary Plus CommissionEmployees will enjoy a competitive fixed monthly base salary, providing guaranteed income and financial security.
