Source and communicate with international suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.Prepare and issue purchase orders for overseas suppliers.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier records.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget requirements.Coordinate international shipments from suppliers to final destination.Manage shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Insurance.Track shipments and follow up with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate with customs brokers to complete import clearance procedures.Ensure compliance with Egyptian import regulations and customs requirements.Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and project teams regarding shipment schedules and delivery requirements.Monitor logistics costs and suggest cost optimization opportunities.Maintain accurate records of procurement and shipping activities.Prepare periodic reports on procurement status and shipment tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.3–5 years of experience in logistics, foreign purchasing, or supply chain operations.Experience with international suppliers and import procedures.Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.Good command of English (written and spoken).
