Coordinate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control. Manage logistics service providers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency. Handle import/export processes and customs clearance when required. Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues. Prepare logistics reports and performance analysis.
