With a commitment to excellence, the organization plays a critical role in supporting Egypt's healthcare sector.We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:• Manage system data entry and maintain accurate records of maintenance cases, customer complaints, and service activities • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Warehouse) and follow up on maintenance activities • Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure timely case closure • Prepare and submit periodic reports to management • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items • Handle administrative tasks including quotations, customer communications, and documentation • Maintain organized filing systems for all service-related records Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)• 1–3 years of relevant experience• Based in Cairo (preferably near Heliopolis area)• Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • High attention to detail and accuracy • Experience in administrative or service coordination roles is a plusApply now via via LinkedIn or. by sending your CV to: hr@himedegypt.com
