Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities within our food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, minimizing downtime, leading the maintenance team, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.Manage and supervise the maintenance teamDevelop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plansEnsure all production equipment operates efficiently and safelyMonitor equipment performance and reduce downtimeCoordinate maintenance activities with production departmentsManage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventoryEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and food industry regulationsAnalyze maintenance reports and implement continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
