JOB TITLEManager, Collections | MAF Properties | Asset Management Business UnitROLE SUMMARYThe Regional Collections Manager oversees and executes Asset Management Business Unit’s rent and receivables collection strategy across the portfolio, ensuring timely recovery of dues and maintaining positive tenant relationships. The role serves as the financial control point between Leasing, Finance, and Legal, balancing enforcement of payment policies with customer-centric engagement to sustain Majid Al Futtaim’s reputation and cash flow integrity.ROLE PROFILEManage the full end-to-end collections cycle for assigned assets, including invoicing, follow-ups, and payment reconciliation.Implement standardized processes and escalation protocols for overdue accounts.Maintain regular communication with tenants to resolve billing issues, disputes, and arrears.Negotiate structured payment plans while protecting Majid Al Futtaim’s financial interests.Produce weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting collection KPIs, delinquency trends, and portfolio exposure.Partner with Leasing and Asset Management to align payment terms with leasing strategies.Ensure compliance with Group credit control policies, audit procedures, and financial regulations.Supervise and mentor Collections Officers; set targets and ensure performance tracking.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.Minimum 5 years of experience at the same role in real estate developer, retail, or commercial collection.Strong command of Microsoft Office.Very good English level.Strong communication and leadership skillsWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
