Manager (Financial Services)

· Plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff; reviews progress and directs changes as needed.· Leads and develops service support and solutions planning over active projects for (Aman shops, POS, Cash Collection, Cash Out, Banking Agent, ATM and all new Financial Services projects).· Performs operational analysis, identifies issues, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive service delivery improvements.· Works across departments to develop and implement new/enhanced in-scope services and solutions and associated processes to meet customer/market needs and increase profitable growth and service delivery performance.· Full responsibility of delivering the revenue and/or profit targets given from top management. · Assess B.O Financial Services within the organization and develop new service or enhance the running based on customer needs and company objectives. Organize workflow and ensure that B.O Financial Services Team understand their duties or delegated tasks. Skills· The applicant must have at least 7 Years of experience.· Proven track record of increasing market share and Customers satisfaction.· Management Experience 3-4 years.Sufficient marketing skills to ensure proper market analysis and brand image enhancement· Ability to understand the impact of operational decisions on organizational initiativesPlanning and organizing People ManagementResult OrientationProblem Solving and Decision makingOrganizational awareness
