Job Title: Manager, Quality ManagementJob SummaryGoldwind is seeking an experienced Manager, Quality Management to lead and oversee quality strategy, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across wind turbine activities.This role is responsible for establishing a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with company standards, client requirements, and international quality frameworks, while driving operational excellence, reliability, and long-term asset performance.The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage quality performance across multiple projects and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Strategy & GovernanceDevelop and implement the overall quality management strategy aligned with business objectives and global standards.Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and internal policies.Establish governance frameworks, procedures, and standardization across all O&M and construction activities.Operational Quality OversightOversee quality assurance and control across all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and major repairs).Ensure consistency in execution, documentation, and compliance with technical standards and service requirements.Drive initiatives to improve turbine availability, reliability, and operational performance.Performance Monitoring & ReportingDefine and track key quality KPIs (availability, downtime, repeat failures, response time, etc.).Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.Risk Management & Continuous ImprovementLead root cause analysis (RCA) for major failures and recurring issues.Manage NCR, CAPA, and corrective action processes to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.Proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting quality, safety, and contractual performance.Audit & ComplianceLead internal and external quality audits and ensure full compliance with ISO standards, client contracts, and regulatory requirements.Maintain audit readiness across all sites and support continuous compliance improvement.Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary quality focal point for clients and internal stakeholders.Manage escalations, quality-related disputes, and ensure effective resolution.Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to align on standards and best practices.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop QA/QC teams to build strong technical and quality capabilities.Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across operations.Digitalization & SystemsDrive the use of digital tools, CMMS systems, and standardized reporting for quality monitoring and decision-making.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8+ years of experience in quality management within wind energy, power, or heavy industry sectors.Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in quality or O&M operations.Strong knowledge of wind turbine systems, maintenance processes, and failure analysis.Solid experience with ISO 9001, audits, RCA, NCR, and CAPA methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-based decisions.Fluent in English (mandatory).
