HR Generalist – EgyptLocation: Cairo (with site-based support) Reporting to: HR ManagerRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support recruitment, HR operations, and compliance in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The role will ensure smooth HR processes and act as a key link between employees, management, and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experienceExecute day-to-day HR operations, including contract preparation, employee records management, probation tracking, and exit/clearance processesEnsure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and labor office requirements, maintaining accurate and audit-ready documentationCoordinate with government entities for social insurance, labor office, visas, and work permits, ensuring timely processing and complianceSupport employee relations (ER) matters by addressing employee queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive work environmentSupport training coordination and implementation, including logistics, attendance tracking, and compliance programs (e.g., HSE, internal policies)Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support communication of HR programs across office and site teamsPrepare and maintain HR reports and data, including headcount, recruitment progress, turnover, and compliance trackingRequirements3–5 years of HR experienceStrong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and government relations in EgyptGood knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insuranceExperience handling visas and work permits is preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentFluency in English - Must -PreferredExperience in construction, energy, or project-based environmentsExperience supporting site-based or multi-location operationsExperience handling expatriate processes (visas and work permits)Familiarity with high-volume recruitment environmentsHR certification (SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
