Regional Reward Manager – MENAIAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Reward Manager to lead and deliver compensation and benefits strategy across the MENAI region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reward programmes are competitive, compliant, and aligned with both global frameworks and local market requirements.Working closely with regional HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and global reward teams, you will act as the subject matter expert for all reward-related matters across multiple countries in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and embed global reward strategies across the MENAI region, adapting for local market and legislative requirementsAdvise HR Business Partners and business leaders on job evaluation, grading, pay structures, incentives, and recognition programmesLead annual reward processes including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive planningManage regional reward projects such as harmonisation initiatives, benefit launches, or M&A integrationConduct market benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness and internal equityOversee benefits administration and vendor management to ensure cost-effective, high-quality deliveryEnsure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and reward governance standardsLeverage HRIS and analytics to enhance reward insights, reporting, and decision-makingProvide guidance, coaching, and training to HR colleagues and senior stakeholdersScope of the RoleRegion: MENAIReporting to: Regional HR DirectorPeople Management: No direct reports (individual contributor role)Experience & QualificationsEssential:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related disciplineMinimum 6 years’ experience in reward or compensation & benefits rolesStrong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits, and incentive designExperience working across multiple countries in the Middle East regionSolid understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies (e.g. Hay, Mercer)Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and HRIS experience (e.g. Workday)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirable:Professional reward or HR qualificationExperience in FMCG or similarly fast-paced, complex organisationsExposure to international reward programmes, M&A, or organisational changeWhat We’re Looking ForA collaborative partner who works effectively across cultures and senior stakeholdersA commercially minded reward professional with strong attention to detailSomeone resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused, comfortable managing multiple prioritiesA proactive individual who drives continuous improvement and best practice
