You will support work which will be overseen by senior team members and business leaders across the MENA region, primarily in KSA, UAE and Qatar. Leveraging your industry knowledge, analytical abilities, and creative strategies, you will facilitate impactful change, enhance operational efficiency, and build strong client relationships. You will also lead and mentor junior staff, and oversee the timely production of their deliverables, to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and lead compelling deliverables, including maps, drawings, reports, presentations, and strategic recommendationsLead specific workstreams within client engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with overall project goalsServe as a key contact for client and internal stakeholders on assigned workstreams, contributing to effective communication and relationship-buildingGuide and supervise junior staff, providing quality checks, coaching, and day-to-day oversightCollaborate with senior leaders to align internal resources and capabilities with client needsSynthesize and validate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support evidence-based decision-makingIdentify and flag potential delivery risks or challenges early, offering practical solutions and adjustments as neededImmerse in business development efforts by leading and contributing to proposal development, opportunity scoping, and stakeholder researchActively invest in personal development through continuous learning, and seeking sector knowledge, mentorship and feedbackQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture from a leading institutionExperience: 6-12 years of experience in management consulting and/or technical consulting Mandatory Skills:Bilingual (English and Arabic) proficiency Structured problem-solving and critical thinkingExcellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated teamwork capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite Prior experience preparing PowerPoint presentationsArchitects and landscape architects must have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUpDesirable Skills and Attributes:Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture from a leading institutionIndustry accreditations and certifications Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Work Environment Based in EY’s technical hubs located in Egypt, Lebanon and JordanHigh-performance team culture fostering continuous learning and developmentTravel may be required to other countries in the MENA region, based on client needsWhat We Look ForHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
