Enterprise Leadership & Governance- Act as a member of the Global Executive Team, contributing to regional and enterprise level strategy and decision making- Prepare and present clear, professional updates on regional performance and key developments, including Board updates as required- Exercise sound judgement in high impact decisions, acting consistently in the best interests of the business- Fulfil all directorship responsibilities associated with the role2. Strategy & Market Leadership- Develop and deliver a region-specific strategic roadmap aligned with corporate strategy- Define clear revenue, market share, product, and vertical growth targets based on deep regional market insights - Lead execution of regional and global strategic initiatives- Develop priority trade lanes and verticals as applicable to the region under the global strategy3. Financial Stewardship & Performance- Hold full P&L accountability for the region- Lead regional budget preparation in accordance with corporate guidelines and timelines- Deliver regional profitability targets with strong cost and performance discipline- Proactively develop and implement contingency plans to address underperformance4. Commercial, Customer & Brand Leadership- Maintain direct relationships with key customers and suppliers across the region- Define and execute tailored product and pricing strategies aligned with corporate objectives- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and sustainable sales growth- Protect and enhance the company’s brand, reputation, and external relationships 5.
