Job description: Purpose of the Job Focal Point of Contact with clients for freight related requests. Follow the end-to-end customer profile and maintain existing business. Procure the best rates from the airlines after identifying the best solution for the customer. Job Description Coordinate with sales team, agents & Aramex offices to ensure all RFQ’s are answered & ensure to achieve their target. Communicate to sales, agents & Aramex offices for any new offers and/or promotions that customers can benefit from. Negotiate & follow with overseas agents for reduced costs. Up-load all quotations on system. Follow day to day shipments with overseas office & agents Follow the payment flow to our offices & agents in case any delays or discrepancies. Interfere with accounting team to facilitate any payment issues Follow the files closing closely with invoicing & settle the cases showing losses or agents debates. Job Requirements - Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in logistics will be preferable. 2-3 years relevant working experience freight forwarder (import Air freight Sector is a must). Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Knowledge in MS Access is a plus. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel intermediates to advance formulas and macros. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong coordination skills among various work groups and with different levels. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Proactive team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Work location in Sheikh Zayed, so preferred residential nearby.
