We’re Hiring: Marketing & Brand Manager (Real Estate)Join a fast-growing group combining Real Estate Development + Contracting, headquartered in Saudi Arabia with a strong back-office hub in Egypt. Job Location: Cairo, EgyptExperience: +5 years and above - Real Estate preferred is a PLUS Role PurposeDrive qualified demand, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales conversion through strong marketing execution - based on strategic direction and continuous Sales insights. Key Responsibilities•Execute marketing plans and campaigns (pre / during / post launch)•Support project launches and ensure all marketing assets are ready•Manage brand identity, positioning, and consistent messaging•Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)•Generate MQLs, improve CPL, and align with Sales on lead quality•Deliver marketing materials (brochures, presentations, ads, social content)•Report performance insights and recommend optimizations Who You AreExecution-driven, data-oriented, strong in digital marketing and lead generation, and able to work closely with Sales.
