Pre sales engineer in lighting (مهندس دعم فني في الانارة)💼 What You’ll Do:Analyzing customer needs and understanding their requirements for lighting projects.Preparing cost estimates and technical proposals for lighting projects based on customer requirementsNegotiating and managing sales processes, including pricing and contract terms for lighting solutions.Monitoring project implementation and ensuring the achievement of desired lighting outcomes within the timeline and budget..Prepare lighting specifications and tender documentationSupport sales team with project-based technical solutionsDevelop pricing strategies and technical submittalsUtilize DIALux for lighting design and simulationDeliver accurate lighting designs and BOQs based on project requirements🎓 What You Bring:* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support on lighting field * Bachelor OF Engineering, Electrical Department OR Equivalent* Solid understanding of electrical systems, lighting controls, and integration methods* Strong analytical and communication skills* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications* Fluent in English* Willingness to travel for on-site support when required💼 مهامك:تحليل احتياجات العملاء وفهم متطلباتهم لمشاريع الإضاءة.إعداد تقديرات التكلفة والعروض الفنية لمشاريع الإضاءة بناءً على متطلبات العملاء.التفاوض وإدارة عمليات البيع، بما في ذلك التسعير وشروط العقد لحلول الإضاءة.متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع وضمان تحقيق نتائج الإضاءة المرجوة ضمن الجدول الزمني والميزانية المحددة.إعداد مواصفات الإضاءة ووثائق المناقصة.دعم فريق المبيعات بالحلول الفنية الخاصة بالمشاريع. تطوير استراتيجيات التسعير والعروض الفنية. استخدام برنامج DIALux لتصميم الإضاءة ومحاكاتها. تقديم تصاميم إضاءة دقيقة وقوائم كميات بناءً على متطلبات المشروع.🎓 مؤهلاتك:* خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الدعم الفني في مجال الإضاءة.* بكالوريوس هندسة كهربائية أو ما يعادلها.* فهم متين للأنظمة الكهربائية، وأنظمة التحكم في الإضاءة، وأساليب التكامل.* مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية ممتازة.* القدرة على تفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.* إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.* الاستعداد للسفر لتقديم الدعم الميداني عند الحاجة.
