Specifically, a Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Assists in creating promotions campaign for food & beverage, Weddings, spa, rooms and conferences Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on social media channels and responds accordingly Assist in creating social media relevant content for social media posting purposes, that includes and not limited to live event coverage and stories Manage content calendar and grid with agency Build hotel website content and its local language sites as well as provide continuous audit and update Responsible for OTAs and Metasearch content build out, optimization opportunities along with its related affiliate marketing programs and provides recommendations on best performance ads and competitor insights In charge of e-newsletter creation, dispatch and growth of customer database In charge of e-proposal, pre-arrival design and execution as per the company’s guideline Monitor web analytics, OTA insight reports and internal data sources Assist the relevant departments to achieve the revenue targets and related tasks set by the hotel via e-commerce solid tactics Maintain consistency in the hotel’s branding across all platforms and materials Create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.What are we looking for?A Marketing Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar position in hotels industry. Excellent English language speaking and writing. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
