Develop and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies aligned with sales and business objectives for Egypt and KSA.Own inbound and outbound lead generation activities, lead quality, prioritization, routing, SLA adherence, and timely handover to sales.Lead lifecycle ownership: generation → nurturing → qualification → handover to sales → conversion tracking; implement automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve cost-efficient, high-quality leads; monitor CPL/CAC and ROAS.Design and optimize sales funnels to increase conversion rates at every stage; continually test and improve landing pages, creatives, and targeting.Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality, follow-up processes, and conversion benchmarks; establish clear feedback loops and SLAs.Own and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho): lead tracking, pipeline management, automation workflows, alerts, scoring, nurturing, and dashboards; ensure proper attribution and cross-channel tracking.Ensure rigorous lead attribution, data accuracy, and governance across channels and campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights; translate data into improvements across channels, funnels, and messaging.Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPL, CAC, CVR, ROAS); manage budgets and scale campaigns based on performance.Support regional marketing initiatives (events, digital campaigns, channel/partner programs, strategic accounts) and ensure alignment with regional/global standards.Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain alignment on campaign messaging, execution standards, and timelines.Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in lead generation processes; drive continuous improvement initiatives.Serve as a senior point of contact for lead generation matters across Egypt and KSA; mentor and guide junior team members as needed.Maintain discretion and confidentiality; ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).12-15 years of progressive experience in lead generation, demand generation, marketing operations, or commercial support roles, preferably in B2B, solutions, or project-based environments.Demonstrated experience supporting multi-country or regional markets, ideally Egypt and Saudi Arabia.Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing analytics.Solid understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and revenue contribution metrics.Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.Key Skills & Requirements:Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline; high ownership and accountability.Data-driven, ROI-focused decision making; ability to connect marketing performance to revenue outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Deep hands-on experience with digital demand generation and traditional programs; capable of managing both inbound and outbound initiatives.Proficiency in Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads (B2B).Strong CRM/Marketing Automation experience including lead tracking, automation workflows, lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting.Solid understanding of funnel optimization, lead scoring/segmentation, and attribution.Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, pixels).Excellent collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and communication skills.KPIs / Success Metrics:Cost Per Lead (CPL)Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Lead-to-SQL (or MQL-to-SQL) conversion rateSales conversion rateReturn on Ad Spend (ROAS)Pipeline value and revenue contributionLead response time and follow-up efficiencyLead quality metrics (SLAs met, lead scoring distribution)Campaign ROI and overall demand generation ROITravel:Occasional regional travel to support campaigns, events, and cross-functional initiatives as required.
