Project Engineer (PMP Certified)

Job Summary: Results-driven Certified Project Manager (PMP) with 3 to 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering data-driven insights. Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk while transforming raw data into actionable dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and performance tracking skills aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities: Certified Project Excellence EngineerPlan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with PM standards (PMBOK).Develop project charters, work plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and report status to management.Ensure proper documentation, governance, and lessons learned.Design, develop, and maintain Project dashboards and reports.Analyze project performance KPIs (cost, schedule, resources, risks).Transform and model data and data relationships.Provide data-driven insights to support executive and operational decisions.Support Field Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and control of site activities to ensure alignment with project excellence standards.Provide operational support to resolve site challenges, risks, and deviations from approved project plans.Participate in the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of qualified subcontractors in accordance with company policies and project requirements.Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and technical teams to ensure subcontractor alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.Monitor subcontractor performance and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and excellence standards.Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Communication & Leadership.Prepare professional project status reports and presentations for senior management.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.Promote best practices in project governance and data-driven decision-making.Qualifications & Experience: PMP® or equivalent Project Management certification.3 to 5 years of hands-on project management experience.Solid understanding of project lifecycles, KPIs, and performance management.Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Technical Skills:Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, Data Modeling)MS Project / Primavera P6 (basic to intermediate)Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)Project documentation & reporting tools.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.High attention to detail and ownership mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
