To lead and develop the company’s marketing strategy in order to strengthen brand positioning, increase market share, and drive sustainable revenue growth through effective management of both digital and traditional marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies and plans.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.Set clear, measurable objectives and KPIs aligned with business growth targets.2. Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline).Manage advertising across multiple channels (Social Media, Google Ads, Email Marketing).Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum effectiveness.3. Brand Management:Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.Ensure alignment of messaging across all marketing channels.Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content.4. Digital Marketing:Lead digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.Manage social media platforms and improve engagement.Optimize user experience and conversion rates (CRO).5. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.Allocate tasks effectively and ensure high performance.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.6. Data Analysis & Reporting:Prepare and present regular performance reports.Analyze data to support strategic decision-making.Track KPIs such as CAC, ROI, and Conversion Rates.7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing and revenue goals.Collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams to enhance customer experience.Support sales initiatives through targeted marketing activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).5–8 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.Strong background in digital marketing and campaign management.Core Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Strategic and analytical thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Technical Skills:Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads).Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing.Experience with CRM systems.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Revenue growth driven by marketing activities.Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).Conversion Rate.Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI/ROI).Brand awareness and market positioning.Work Environment:Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings and events.Collaborative work within cross-functional teams.
