In this role, you will oversee technical support, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing product demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with clients to define requirements, and driving sales by showcasing the value of our products and services. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. QualificationsStrong expertise in Sales Engineering and an understanding of technical products and solutionsProficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving client issues efficientlyExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersSales experience with a proven ability to identify customer needs and achieve business targetsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutionsStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesExperience in the commercial fittings or related industries is an advantage
