Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Loynova’s marketing function as a revenue-generating department, supporting both internal business growth and client-facing marketing initiatives.This role requires strong B2B marketing expertise, close collaboration with sales and product teams, and the ability to translate business and client objectives into effective marketing strategies that drive demand, conversion, and measurable ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth Marketing• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue targets• Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Partnerships to enable deal conversion through targeted marketing initiatives• Define and track marketing KPIs linked to commercial performance (leads, MQLs, conversion rates, ROI)Client Marketing Enablement• Support and deliver marketing initiatives for Loynova clients as part of commercial programs and engagements• Collaborate with clients on go-to-market strategies for loyalty, rewards, and engagement solutions• Ensure marketing services are positioned, scoped, and delivered as value-driven, billable offerings• Align client marketing activities with their business objectives and campaign goalsBrand & Positioning• Own and strengthen Loynova’s brand positioning across all B2B touchpoints• Develop sales enablement materials, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership content• Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels, proposals, and client communicationsCampaign Management & Execution• Plan and manage B2B marketing campaigns, product launches, and partnership activations• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution• Oversee content creation, creative development, and campaign timelinesPerformance, Insights & Optimization• Monitor and analyze the performance of internal and client-facing marketing initiatives• Produce clear reporting and insights for management and clients• Continuously optimize marketing efforts to maximize commercial impactRequirements• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise services• Proven experience positioning marketing as a driver of revenue and growth• Strong collaboration experience with sales and business development teams• Experience supporting or delivering marketing initiatives for clients• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills• Strong project management and execution capabilities• Experience in loyalty, payments, fintech, telecom, or digital platforms is a strong advantageWhat We Offer• Opportunity to build and lead a strategic marketing function• Exposure to high-impact regional clients and enterprise-level programs• A role with clear ownership, accountability, and growth potential• Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented work environment
