Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, acquisition, and usage of our lending products. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Strategic Marketing Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Halan's lending products, including microfinance loans and consumer loans.

  Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the lending sector.
  


• 
  Audience Segmentation: Define target audience segments, personas, and customer journeys to shape marketing messaging and channel strategies for lending products.
  


• 
  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and technology teams to develop compelling lending offerings that resonate with target customers.

  Integrated Campaign Management: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, partnerships, events, and traditional advertising to enhance awareness and acquisition.

  Campaign Oversight: Manage the campaign lifecycle, from planning to execution, tracking, and optimization, ensuring alignment with performance goals and KPIs.

  Budget Management: Develop and oversee marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis for lending initiatives, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

  Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates, providing insights and reports to stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  Experience: 7-8 years in marketing, specifically with lending products or financial services.
