You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.In this role, you will oversee multi-channel campaigns, digital performance, and partner marketing initiatives while acting as a key point of coordination across teams. You will use data, insights, and market intelligence to shape strategy, improve performance, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing strategy and planning: Contribute to regional marketing strategy development, translating commercial priorities into integrated plans across digital, content, events, and communications.Campaign management: Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, landing pages, and print.Campaign optimisation: Define campaign calendars, manage timelines, and optimise performance using data, testing, and insights.Content development and oversight: Develop and manage marketing content including newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and partner communications.Digital marketing ownership: Own the regional digital marketing roadmap, including SEO, web performance, and marketing automation.SEO strategy execution: Lead SEO initiatives including audits, keyword research, and content optimisation to drive organic growth.Website management: Oversee WordPress websites and microsites to ensure strong performance, usability, and user experience.The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!5–7 years of experience in marketing, with strong experience in both campaign management and digital marketing.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, marketing automation, web management, and paid media.Proficiency in WordPress CMS, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Strong analytical mindset, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.Collaborative approach with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners.Fluent English required, with Arabic considered an advantage.Experience in a B2B environment, ideally within travel, hospitality, or technology sectors.Adaptability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset in a dynamic environment.Why choose us as your next destination?We are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly, energetic & passionate professionals.
