The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Marketopia’s and clients’ social media channels by planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others. Daily responsibilities include developing social media calendars, writing copy, producing or coordinating visual assets, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a brand-consistent manner. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing performance reports, and optimizing campaigns based on data and best practices. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and account teams to align social media activities with broader digital marketing strategies and campaign goals.Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance analysis.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication and the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.Ability to use social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, native platform insights).Experience creating or briefing visual content (images, short videos, reels, stories) that aligns with brand guidelines.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in an agency or multi-client environment is a plus.
