Marketing Manager, X Real Estate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in El-Shaikh Zayed, Giza. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with external agencies, analyzing campaign performance, and overseeing social media and content marketing. The Marketing Manager will also be involved in SEO, PPC, and email marketing efforts.QualificationsExperience 8+ years include Real Estate Developments experience Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, real estate background is a MustStrong skills in market research and data analysisExperience with digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and email marketingProficiency in social media management and content marketingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage budgets and coordinate with external agenciesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMBA or relevant certification is preferred
