Support the execution of marketing activities such as seminars, trainings, and exhibitions, including managing printed materials and attending printing trials. Prepare purchase requests and follow up on supplier payments related to marketing activities and departmental needs. Manage annual giveaways for FS customers by collecting sales data, preparing gift boxes, and overseeing distribution. Coordinate and support sales team requests, including marketing materials and sample requests. Handle payments for spare parts purchases and follow up with relevant departments until completion. Oversee spare parts warehouses, including receiving local and imported shipments and managing transfers between warehouses and distributors. Follow up on logistics related to purchasing and shipping machines and spare parts from abroad. Coordinate machine transfers between warehouses, distributors, and customers in collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, and warehouse teams. Support Customer Service team needs such as uniforms and tools procurement. Follow up on travel and expense reimbursements for the Customer Service team with finance and audit departments Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant.A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving competencies.Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.Proven ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
