Issues daily chocolate production work orders and assigns machinery and lines in line with the production plan. Coordinates with the warehouse to confirm availability of chocolate raw materials and packaging components. Monitors shop floor transactions and shift KPIs including productivity, efficiency, wastage, and food safety. Follows up with maintenance on planned, preventive, and emergency repairs for chocolate processing equipment. Ensures all quality and food safety systems are in place and aligned with chocolate manufacturing standards. Optimizes labor and machine utilization across chocolate production lines to maximize output and minimize losses. Plans labor shifts, rotations, and leave schedules for the chocolate production team. Initiates corrective actions to address production gaps and ensures follow-up on implementation. Drives continuous improvement projects to reduce chocolate production losses and increase OEE. Maintains housekeeping standards and promotes a safe work environment across all chocolate production areas. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 1–3 years of hands-on experience in chocolate or confectionery manufacturing is a must. Solid knowledge of chocolate processing equipment, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Strong people management skills with a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and OEE tools.
