Company Description Tennisacademy is a professional tennis coaching team specializing in designing and delivering coaching programs for parks, schools, and clubs. The team includes fully qualified coaches, tennis assistants, and expert Pro Shop staff based in Otford, all focused on providing high-quality training and service. Coaches are certified through PTRUk and the LTA, DBS-checked, and insured, with many also accredited as Cardio Tennis Instructors. The academy runs a varied program that spans school outreach, pay-and-play sessions for juniors and adults, ladies’ mornings, club play, junior development and performance squads, and private lessons. Tennisacademy offers a dynamic, sports-focused environment for team members who want to help grow participation and performance in tennis.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Tennisacademy’s coaching programs, events, and services across parks, schools, and clubs. Daily tasks include conducting market research, segmenting audiences, and developing marketing strategies and calendars aligned with enrollment and revenue goals. The role involves creating and localizing marketing content for digital channels, print materials, and on-site promotions, as well as coordinating with coaches and Pro Shop staff to ensure consistent messaging. The Marketing Specialist will track campaign performance, support sales initiatives, engage with prospective and current customers, and provide on-the-ground support at events and promotional activities.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with learners, parents, partners, and internal teams effectively.Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze local demand, identify growth opportunities, and plan targeted campaigns.Capability in Sales and customer acquisition to support program enrollment, upsell services, and nurture long-term relationships.Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic analytics) and familiarity with branding principles.Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site.Interest in sports or tennis is highly beneficial; prior experience in sports, education, or leisure services is a plus.
