The ideal candidate will coordinate, track, and optimize projects including design, copywriting, and video production, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and smooth collaboration across teams.A background in marketing is preferred to support minor marketing activities and assist the team when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, organize, and prioritize daily creative and marketing tasks, including graphic design, copywriting, and video productionEnsure a smooth and efficient workflow between marketing, creative, and production teamsTrack project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure deadlines are metIdentify bottlenecks and proactively communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issuesAssist with minor marketing activities, campaigns, and content-related tasks when requiredMaintain organized and up-to-date records of ongoing and completed projectsSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output qualityRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project coordination, or a similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Basic understanding of marketing principles and creative production workflows Excellent communication and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
