The role focuses on supplier follow-up, purchase order management, shipment tracking, and shortage prevention across overseas suppliers.Key Responsibilities• Monitor production requirements and material availability• Identify and resolve potential shortages to avoid production impact• Issue and follow up overseas purchase orders• Track supplier delivery commitments and shipment status (ETD/ETA)• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production planning teams• Maintain accurate reports for shortages, POs, and shipments• Ensure proper inventory levels (avoid shortage & overstock)SkillsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field• 0–3 years of experience (preferred in manufacturing or supply chain)• Strong Excel skills and basic ERP/SAP knowledge• Good command of EnglishKey Skills• Strong follow-up and communication skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Problem-solving mindset• Ability to work under pressurePerformance Focus• Zero production stoppage due to material shortage• High accuracy in PO tracking and supplier follow-up• Reliable shipment and inventory visibilityResidence Preferable close from 6th of October city.
