Taj HR is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee mechanical engineering operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with other departments, and manage day-to-day mechanical engineering activities on site or in the office. Key Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical engineers and technicians in project design, installation, and maintenance activities. Coordinate mechanical engineering tasks to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Review and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members. Monitor mechanical system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, CAD Mechanical Engineering & Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Construction Site Inspections Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Team Collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design standards, and construction practices. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
