Job DescriptionAbout the job Mechanical Estimation Engineer - Fluent EnglishWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and performing detailed takeoffs for HVAC (duct & piping) and plumbing systems.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Mechanical Contractor in Chicago, USA, while being based in our Cairo office.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quantity takeoffs for HVAC (duct & pipe) and plumbing systems, including all accessories.Prepare accurate cost estimates using company-provided software.Analyze mechanical drawings and project specifications.Ensure proper material selection, connections, and system components.Utilize Excel (advanced formulas) for calculations and reporting.Support tendering and pre-construction activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience in mechanical estimation (HVAC & plumbing).Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.Experience with takeoff/estimation software.Strong Excel skills.English FluencyBenefitsProfessional Development & TrainingSocial InsuranceMedical InsuranceWorking ConditionsLocation: Crystal Plaza, Ring Road – Zahraa El MaadiWorking Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
