A Snapshot of Your Day As a Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will focus on leading a skilled maintenance team to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems within the power station. You will develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conduct root cause analyses of mechanical failures, and mentor your team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams, you will drive innovation and efficiency while upholding the highest safety standards and managing the maintenance budget effectively.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead the mechanical maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all mechanical systems. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs. Conduct root cause analyses of mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to enhance reliability. Mentor and train maintenance personnel, promoting continuous improvement and skill development. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and implement improvements in mechanical systems. What You BringDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred. 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance management within power generation or heavy industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices, including troubleshooting complex issues. Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop a diverse maintenance team. Commitment to safety and experience in developing and enforcing safety protocols.
