In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our engineering and production departments, providing comprehensive technical support and documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.Prepare and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and industry-standard toolsSupport mechanical design processes by creating detailed models, schematics, and technical illustrationsCoordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables with engineering and production teamsPerform quality assurance reviews on technical documents to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulationsMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems for technical records, drawings, and project documentationAnalyze technical requirements and provide recommendations to optimize design and manufacturing processesCommunicate technical information clearly to cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersSupport the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client reviewAssist in the implementation and customization of technical office procedures and best practicesCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutionsQualificationsProficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)Strong technical drawing and drafting skills with knowledge of mechanical design principles+10 years of experience in a mechanical technical office, engineering department, or related environmentExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering standardsKnowledge of quality assurance and compliance requirements in technical documentationPreferred experience with project scheduling software and data management systemsPreferred knowledge of ISO standards and technical documentation best practices
