Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS. Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams. Manage advertising budgets efficiently. Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures. Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and advertising strategies.Requirements Previous experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with campaign optimization and scaling. Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills. Good understanding of customer behavior and digital funnels. Good English communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.Preferred Qualifications Experience managing high-budget campaigns. Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
