Organize content plans, approvals, and project timelines. Follow up on deliverables and ensure smooth operational workflow. Attend meetings and present updates professionally to clients. Understand client goals and communicate them clearly to the creative team. Ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction. Prepare reports, feedback summaries, and communication updates.Requirements Previous experience as an Account Manager, Social Media Specialist, or Client Service role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Good English is required. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Understanding of social media platforms and content workflows. Professional client-handling and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing agencies or media companies. Familiarity with content production and campaign workflows.
