Medical Affairs Manager - pharmaceutical

We’re hiring a Medical Affairs Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization.This role is essential in driving medical excellence, ensuring scientific accuracy, and supporting compliant pharmaceutical operations across the business.Key responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing medical strategies and plans• Providing scientific support to sales and marketing teams• Reviewing promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards• Managing relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and advisory boards• Delivering medical and scientific training programs• Supporting product launches and lifecycle activities• Responding to medical inquiries with accurate scientific information• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical requirementsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine• 8–12 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry• Strong scientific and medical knowledge• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance standards• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills• Excellent presentation and communication abilities• Strategic thinking with proven leadership capabilities• Good command of English
