QualificationsExperience in making outbound callsStrong analytical and research skillsHaving good communication skills (Specifically in English)Ability to analyze and evaluate data to identify patterns and discrepanciesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in using MS Office and data analysis toolsAbility to work independently and remotely full-timeExperience in the insurance industry is a plus.
