Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries and concerns regarding medical services, treatments, and procedures. Responsibilities include providing accurate information across various medical specialties, addressing patient concerns professionally, and coordinating with medical teams to ensure seamless support. The representative will uphold high standards of customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly.
- Empathy and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively to address customer concerns.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare or customer service are a plus.
