The clinic offers a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care, clinical innovation, and continuous professional development.Role Description The Medical Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Qesm 1st New Cairo, responsible for overseeing the clinical quality, safety, and efficiency of services at Brighty Dental. The Medical Director will supervise and support dental and medical teams, provide clinical guidance, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing complex cases, coordinating multidisciplinary care when needed, mentoring clinicians, and actively participating in patient consultations to uphold high standards of treatment planning and outcomes. The role also involves developing and updating clinical policies, monitoring performance indicators, leading quality improvement initiatives, and managing relationships with external healthcare partners and referring professionals. The Medical Director will collaborate closely with practice management on strategic planning, service expansion, training programs, and patient experience initiatives.Qualifications Strong clinical foundation in Medicine, with experience managing comprehensive patient care and coordinating interdisciplinary treatment plans.Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively when Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals across specialties.Knowledge of Cardiology, Neurology, and Oncology principles sufficient to understand systemic conditions that may impact dental and oral health care.Proven leadership experience in a clinical or medical director role, including supervision of clinicians and oversight of quality and safety programs.Recognized dental or medical degree from an accredited institution, with appropriate licensure or eligibility according to local regulations.Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, continuing education, and integrating new technologies or techniques into clinical workflows.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a patient-centered and ethically grounded approach to care.Experience in cosmetic or implant dentistry, or in coordinating care for patients undergoing complex dental procedures, is highly desirable.
