Our model empowers every team member to contribute to the shared mission of restoring function, esthetics, and confidence through world-class dental care delivered in record time.Key Responsibilities:Ensure high standards of dental treatment delivery and patient experience.Oversee the operational workflow of the branch and maintain efficient care delivery.Manage and resolve patient complaints and clinical complications with professionalism.Supervise staff commitment, attendance, and adherence to work schedules.Report incidents, delays, or violations to the HR Department.Ensure availability, validity, and proper utilization of all materials, tools, and equipment.Monitor hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards.Review next-day schedules and coordinate with operators and laboratories to ensure readiness. Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (mandatory).Master’s, PhD, or Hospital Management Diploma (preferred).Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive.High sense of accountability and a team development mindset.
