Job Description:Liaising between consultant and PatientAnswering calls with professionalism and high qualityReplying to queries and emails in a timely mannerMedical admin Work (filling forms – scan requests-surgery bookings)Forwarding patients queries to consultant and aiding patients as much as they couldPoint of intersection between patient, hospital and consultantArranging consultant diary according to consultant preferenceReplying to consultant emails and queries in a timely mannerMatching clinics between hospitals and practice management databaseBooking and canceling patients appointmentsArranging surgery for patientsAdding new patient’s info on Practice Management System (Compucare).Following up on patient’s treatment plans with no DelaysArranging for patient scansOverseeing sending referrals for patients from consultantInvoicing for surgeries and services provided by consultant.Adding and canceling clinics.Settling payment with self-pay patients (before service)Sending trust pilot reviews invitationsAdhere to workplace rules and codes of conductComplying to line manager in work related tasks and instructionsChasing appointment authorization codeChasing embassies for logs.Updating subject lines and invoice logs to ensure smooth invoicing processFollow operational processes to avoid mistakes, delays and errorsComplying with the line manager in work-related tasks and instructionsOther duties within the job role as reasonably identified by the senior management team.Job Requirements: Fluent English speaker is a mustA bachelor's degree in a related field. • Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred.
