This position is responsible for promoting SoficoPharm’s portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical stakeholders. Daily activities include conducting product presentations, organizing visits to clinics and hospitals, answering medical and product-related inquiries, and ensuring accurate product information is communicated in line with regulatory and company guidelines. The Medical Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, monitor market trends and competitors, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing territory plans, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and participating in conferences, events, and training sessions as required.Qualifications Strong medical and pharmaceutical knowledge, with skills in Medicine and Pharmacy to accurately explain product indications, usage, and safety.Demonstrated Medical Sales experience, including territory management, meeting sales objectives, and working with healthcare professionals.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and respond effectively to customer needs and concerns.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field is preferred.Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple visits and tasks.Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for reporting, presentations, and customer management.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English for professional communication and documentation.Ethical approach to sales, strong attention to detail, and commitment to compliance with local regulations and company policies.
