This role is dedicated to promoting our premium healthcare solutions to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), maximizing territory sales performance, and ensuring all field activities align strictly with the company's strategic vision.A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Territory Management & Sales ExecutionAssume full ownership of the assigned territory to drive commercial success, market penetration, and prescription generation for our targeted product lines.Develop and execute comprehensive daily and weekly routing plans to ensure optimal coverage and frequency of visits to targeted physicians, pharmacies, and hospitals.Expand the customer base by building rapport, identifying new market opportunities, and elevating customer service standards.Ensure the optimal availability of products across the territory by regularly checking pharmacy stock levels and facilitating seamless distribution channels.2. Customer Engagement & Relationship BuildingCultivate and maintain sustainable, strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and pharmacists within designated therapy areas.Comprehensively understand and execute marketing strategies, effectively communicating balanced, accurate, and persuasive scientific information about our premium product lines.Organize and execute impactful group presentations, round table discussions, and scientific meetings to educate HCPs on our portfolio.Maintain a clear understanding of the competitive landscape, proactively gathering and sharing market intelligence and customer feedback with the District Sales Manager.3. Operational Excellence & Product KnowledgeMaintain a continuous, high-level understanding of relevant disease states, clinical data, and product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and operational objectives while effectively managing the territory budget and promotional resources.Monitor daily field activities and promptly record all customer interactions via the CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking and actionable insights.Actively participate in Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and ongoing coaching sessions to elevate selling skills and scientific expertise.B. Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science).Experience: 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. Prior experience promoting premium Ortho &Im brands is highly advantageous.Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and a professional, elite demeanor suited for representing a premium brand.
