With a focus on excellence, the company supports healthcare professionals in providing top-level eye care services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work remotely when needed. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting iCare Medical’s cutting-edge eye health products, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Additional responsibilities include educating clients about product features, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and planning.QualificationsProven Medical Sales skills, with the ability to understand and promote technical products effectivelyExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with healthcare professionalsBackground knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy is highly desirableProficiency in sales management tools and CRM platforms is a plusAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFluency in English and Arabic is preferredDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targetsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Biomedical Engineering , Pharmacy , Science )- Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in the surgical field.- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical technology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel as required.
